What is an oracle card?
An oracle card is a card with a short, gentle message on it, drawn for reflection. You draw one, read what it says, and sit with it for a minute. Unlike tarot, there is no single standard deck — every oracle deck is its own thing, with its own cards and its own number of them.
Does everyone get the same card?
No. Every visitor chooses their own card from the same 22 face-down cards, in an order that changes every day. Two people opening the page the same morning may hold two different cards — that is the point. Only without JavaScript does everyone see the same day card, and the page says so.
Can the same card come up two days in a row?
Yes — you choose from the whole deck, so a card that calls to you can call again. Only the day’s card — the one shown to visitors without JavaScript — never repeats.
Does my card predict the future?
No. The cards are for reflection, not prediction, and never for medical, legal, or money advice. A card is a mirror, not a map: it invites you to look at your own life from a slightly kinder angle.
What do I do with my card for the day?
Read the message slowly and notice which sentence you keep coming back to. Sit with the reflection question for a minute. Then carry the affirmation with you — say it once in the morning. The card has done its work when you have taken what helps and left the rest.
Do I need a physical deck?
No. The whole deck lives on this site, and the daily card needs nothing but a phone or computer. If you would like a physical deck for your own hands, the guide has advice on choosing one.
How are oracle cards different from tarot?
Tarot is one specific system: 78 cards, suits, ranks, and people cards, all in a fixed order. Oracle decks are everything else — each one is its own set of cards with its own names. This site’s deck has 22 cards and no suits. The guide explains the difference in more detail.
Is it free?
Yes. The daily card, every meaning page, and the whole deck are free, with no account, nothing to install, and nothing to pay.
Can I get the card by email?
Not yet. A daily email with your card is on the list for later. For now, the page is here every morning — and the Share this card button copies a link you can send to yourself or a friend.
Is my visit tracked?
The site keeps no accounts and stores nothing about you. Your streak, your collection, and your card live only on your own device. What the site does and does not do with visitor information is spelled out on the privacy page.
